In order to participate in extracurricular activities at Shelbyville Academy of Arts, the following items must be completed prior to practices/events:

1. District Fees paid in full (Fee waivers must be submitted to the District Office).
2. Athletic Physical turned in to the High School office. Physicals are valid for 13 months from the date of the last exam.
3. Completed Registration.
4. Participation Fee paid to Shelbyville Academy of Arts office. (Checks payable to Shelbyville School District).

Participants failing to have all items completed will not be able to participate in practices/events until completed.
